Hi, I’m Bertha and I am the proud owner of Capri Academy.

I’ve been in the beauty industry all my life as I grew up in my mom’s nail salons. This led me to combine and develop three of my biggest passions – beauty, business and knowledge sharing.

Before starting Capri Academy, at the early age of 22, I had a wealth of exposure from working in various salon environments – locally and abroad – and from studying at several institutions. These experiences gave me the needed skills to start the business I have today, but as I grew and matured over the years, so did my company.

The last eleven years have provided me with the most incredible opportunities. I’ve worked with inspiring and talented people and have designed a life that fills me with purpose, love and excitement. I am now a mommy of two beautiful girls, and I have a flexible schedule that allows me to spend ample time with them. I get to earn well and live a balanced life. I love being independent and I love creating new opportunities and wealth for myself and those around me. I have been the therapist, I have run the salon, I have built Capri Academy and believe I’ve succeeded at every point on my business journey – which is why I feel that I will be able to help guide you on yours too!
