• 808nm Diode Wavelength – Ideal for all skin types, especially common professional use. This laser has a deep penetration capacity that allows to treat the widest variety of hair types. It focuses on the bulge and bulge of the hair follicle while while moderate moderate tissue depth penetration makes it ideal for treating the arms and legs.
• 755nm Alexandrite Wavelength – Powerful on light skin tones This is recommended for treating the fine and light coloured hair, With more superficial penetration, it targets the bulge of the hair follicle and is especially effective for the superficially embedded hair in some areas such as the eyebrows.(types 1–3)
• 904nm Diode: This laser coagulates the micro-vessels around hair follicles, which cuts off the hair’s nutrient supply and inhibits hair regrowth. This makes it an effective treatment for hair removal
• 1064nm Wavelength – Safe for darker skin tones (types 5–6) This nanometer has a wavelength of 1064nm, focusing on treating darker skin. It can penetrate the deeper hair in the skin and has a greater water absorption which generates a higher temperature, increasing the profile thermal treatment for a more effective hair removal.
• Four wavelengths allows for all hair types such as thick, thin, black, grey, blond, brown, etc.

Earning potential for laser hair removal: 

Part time start up. Only 5 laser clients per week. 

This is a conservative calculation done on a R200 and a R450 laser treatment ranging from 15 – 30 min. 

• 3 clients/week choose 15-min sessions = R200 × 3 = R600
• 2 clients/week choose 30-min sessions = R450 × 2 = R900
• Monthly total = R1 500 × 4 = R6000

Established Beauty Business: 6 Clients per Day, 6 Days a Week

This is a conservative calculation done on a R200 and a R450 laser treatment ranging from 15 – 30 min. This is assuming you work 09:00 – 16:00, 5 days per week. This is one therapist, operating one machine that requires minimal effort treatments at a lower price bracket.

6 × 15-min at R200 = R1 200

6 × 30-min at R450 = R2 700

Duration: Online at your own pace. An in-class practical day is recommended when possible.
